SIG has been able to accomplish much in these three years, despite being a new discipline. Its students have won accolades at various national and international meets. The industry has responded warm heartedly, enabling us to achieve 100% record placement for the first two batches; AICTE acknowledged its course curriculum and UGC has approved its being constituent of the Symbiosis International University.

Today SIG has established itself in keeping with Symbiosis passion for excellence in education, with success record of its alumni and reputation of high standards. It is widely regarded as a launching pad for a successful career in this discipline.

At SIG, the two years course is well defined. It involves step-by-step introduction to curriculum, sufficient practice to give confidence to students, projects and assignments to evaluate progress of the students and industry interaction to expose students to the corporate world. Apart from achieving competency in technical field, soft skills and human relations based programmes assist in changing mindset and evolving correct attitude in the individuals which are requirements for successful career in the industry. These facets of SIG training, which have inculcated initiative, innovation and leadership qualities amongst its students, have been much appreciated by our industry counterparts.
